The O’Neill House in Akron, OH

Nothing better than a giant bed & breakfast to host your wedding at am I right? The O’Neill house is a beautiful 10,000 square foot mansion located in the west side of Akron. They offer a stunning outdoor ceremony space and outdoor and indoor options for reception.

They have rooms for everyone to get ready in and a rich historical vibe that felt romantic and timeless. We were so excited to do the florals at this venue for the Marchione’s special day.

We used a variety of white florals with accents of peach and blue. Delphinium was a must along with delicate blue Tweedia. For our peach accent I got to use my all time favorite rose: Phoenix. This is a true peach and has a high petal count which makes it look like something straight out of an English countryside garden. For white’s we used dahlias, campanula, queen anne’s lace, and play planca roses.

We had so much fun doing an arch installation along with wiring some florals to hang from the trees as guests enter the garden. We used a mix of gold compotes and clear bud vases to adorn the cocktail tables and dining tables.

We hope you enjoy some pictures below of the beautiful Marchione’s and their special day!

Many Blessings, Lindsay Floom
